Absolutely unacceptable poor, pathetic Autopage

I have been a customer with Autopage for exactly 'well let me say only to find out today 15 years) I have canceled my contract with Autopage before I left for Asia. I spend - 3 years working in Asia. For the last 4 years Autopage was deducting R323-00 every month from my account without me having a SIM card nor contract. I have contacted them again to cancel the AUTOPAGE contract with reference numbers, but they are still deducting money from my account. When I canceled it with my bank they change the amount to R322 or R320 and gone is my money... When I contacted them again the told me sorry its nothing they can do they have no records of me canceling my contract. What can I DO im have lost - R20, 000-00 it's a lot of money...
