Whoopy ding dong - half a service

Had lightning strike on 15Jan2013. Logged call & received ref no 1635CRZ150113. Saw a Telkom technician on neighbours pole on Sunday 20Jan2013 and informed technician of my problem and provided ref number. He replaced the two overhead damaged wires and informed me that the ISDN box is also damaged. He installed a temporary ISDN box (box do not have electrical lead) and informed me that I have only one working line. He will replace the damaged ISDN box on Monday 21Jan2013. Never saw him or heard from Telkom again. Logged another call to Telkom on 28Jan2013 for the non-working line and received ref 23CRI280113. Never heard from Telkom again. No wonder Telkom service statistics are: Compliment 11% Complaints 89%. Where can I go to too exchange the ISDN box?
