The Vodacom ICAP server has now been off-line since Friday 29 March 2013. My service provider, Autopage, again informs me this morning that I must be patient. I need my PUK number. I cannot believe that it takes Vodacom this long to sort out a problem. Everyday I have phoned I have been told it will be restored this evening. I must be patient. This is an unacceptable level of service. Who is currently managing Vodacom?? It appears to no longer be an efficient corporate company - perhaps the ANC has taken over? Time for a change!
