I registered with ICAP South Africa (they were in partneship with ICAP USA then). I paid exam fee for the re-write after I failed some modules. 2013 January we were informed that ICAP USA has terminated their partnership with ICAP SA branch. So ICAP, SA under the leadership of Dawn Williams advised us that we will write an assignment to get credit/ acknowledgment and some Management certificate. They were also having to re-imburse us with the exam fee we paid.
I passed the assignment - I am still waiting for the certificate and my money. I have sent several emials and made phone calls. At first they would respond after weeks of sending emails and not return calls.
Now they are avoiding phone calls and not responding to my emials. They don't have a landline, I only contact them on a mobile phone that they no longer answer.
