BES Service denied although I had it for 9 months

Hi

My blackberry 9800 Crashed yesterday and I had to do a software reload/Recovery. Up and till yesterday morning I had BES And BIS and it was connected to our corporate BB server. I phoned Vodacom customer service and they told me that I did not have the service and because I'm on a prepaid package "I'm on top up" I can not have it.
I was on a Black berry talk 100 and downgraded to Top up 49 in November 2012 On there website they state that it is available for top up customers

BlackBerry (R) Enterprise Server (BES)
o Contract and Top Up customers with hosted corporate email
o Not available to Prepaid customers

I want my service restored asap
