My days with ABSA are numbered!!!

Called Saterday night and asked that they reverse my std bank debit order before the system rejects it and they didnt now i am being charged R138 for a returned debit even though i reversed this myself. I pay for a dedicated banker but I dont have anyone allocated, I sent emails to Ella Redgard on thursday to stop the DO as STD confirmed that they had already issued instruction and they couldnt stop it. I thought Ella was my dedicated banker but whenever i send her email she simply doesnt respond. I am paying you for a certain service and not half of it, please allocate a banker who will respond to my emails and reverse my R138. I am sick and tired!!!
