After having submitted a complaint to your website about 2 months ago, I got a resopnse from MTN that they would come back to me as soon as possible.let me report that until this day I have not received any feedback from MTN.
My complaint was about an insurance querry that was declined for a cellphone number 073 0014103 which i dont own anymore but they have not stopped deducting my money despite the fact that I dont own the phone & the simcard any more.i dont know what is covered by that insurance.
please help me.
