Poor Network coverage for over a month

I've complained countless times and I've given up! I cant make calls, go onto the Internet, social networks take forever to update! Calls disconnect, I cant even get through 084 1555 555. USSD is a nightmare as it hangs every time you enter a command!

Please do me a favour, actually I demand this contract I have with you guys to be terminated, come take your phone and we'll call it quits! Take the money you've robbed me of the past 2 months for service not rendered by you!

I now understand why people are making a move to Vodacom, expensive as they may be but you get value for money and less frustration!!! Cheap is not always good!
