Disgraceful billing mistake by Cell C

My daughter's cell phone accounts were in my name. We changed them into their own names on 5th Dec 2012. I paid the two individual contract amounts due for November at the time. The one number was correctly paid for November 2012, and has continued without problem. The other number was, for some inexplicable reason, credited to the December account, leaving November unpaid. This number was then double credited for December giving R1000 of airtime! The account has never been unpaid, and has never used even R200 a month. The November amount remained unpaid. It was then turned over to the legal department, and my ID number was blacklisted, without a single communication from Cell C. I found out by accident, whilst applying for a contract.
I have been trying for 7 weeks to get this sorted out. I have not had a single return phone call. The problem took 5 weeks and many visits to Cell C in Claremont, just to identify. No one will take responsibility for this Cell C error.
The level of response is appalling. Channels of communication are absent. A disgrace. Cell C want to increase their market share?? No "cheap" offer will compensate for this of time and money
