COMPLETE NETWORK DETERIORATION

I have been using a Cell C 7.2 Speedstick for nearly 9 months on my pc... Sea Point Cape Town. Over the last two weeks or so the high speed connection which always worked at about 5Megabites per second has crashed to a very erratic 200kps and with regular disconnections. I phoned Cell C call centre on Monday evening 11th and had to wait 15 mins for the call centre to answer. Once I related the problem I had to be transferred to the so called 'technical dept... this time again about a 15 min hang on until this dept answered. I relayed the problem with my almost non existent network link and was given a reference no 1744258 and promised a response within 24hrs!!...Needless to say absolutely nothing heard and no response. I called again yesterday and quoted the reference no and again was promised a prompt repsonse... again by this am no response. visited the V&A branch of Cell C speedstick tested perfect. Written report sent off to Network suppliers as clearly a serious Sea Point Network problem has developed. Again promised urgent response directly from network experts, nothing heard yet again... shocking uprofessional service... no internet link... unacceptable disgraceful service...
