Poor service

My complain,

I am a customer of mtn in lenasia and i am extremely unhappy with the service and attitude i got from the store. I have sent in my blackberry 9780 bold for locking/unlocking button on the top left is extremely hard.also my camera glass which has fallen out at the back.

I have received my phone back from repairs and nothing was done to it, Only software which i never require on the page to do so. They did not specify if it was physical damaged which i know i did not damage it.

The owner at the store said i should take my phone on the street to get the glass repaired which i wasn't happy about and the owner at the store refused to rebook it in. He said they will say the same thing and send the phone back, He also said i should go to the techician office my self and it would be solved with in 3 day which i didn't want to do.

I as a customer should received good service and can rebook my phone as many times if i want to till i am happy with it.
