Hi I renewed my contract with Nashua Mobile and received a new Samsung S4 phone. 2 days later i tried to use my camera and it was not working. I took it to the nearest store which was at Clear water mall the owner off the store took my phone checked it and said it was a software problem and I should bring it back with the box and they would send it in and replace it (he did not pick up any damage) On the Sunday (4 days after I received the phone) I took it back to the shop and handed it in with the box without any damage and the lady took it and handed me a form that stated software problem and no damage was picked up. This happened on the 6th of October. On Friday the 11th I received a phone call from Nashua mobile saying the phone was damaged and they not repairing it nor replacing it, it was told to me by a guy named George. I was furious and said there is no way the phone was damaged when I handed it in. The Monday I went to see them and all this was explained, Johan said showed me the phone and I immediately saw the damage, it was not there when i handed it in.
