I was promised by Vodacom on more than one occassion that because I do not receive internet signal in my area of residence, Vodacom would cancel my internet contract, collect my internet dongle and cease billing me immediately.
Vodacom have still not collected my dongle, and they have billed me on the 1 April for an internet service that I am unable to use.
