Bad attitude and Bad service

Every time we seem to have a problem with our iburst account/hardware, we always have an issue with this shop. We were unable to connect to the internet and took in our modem, router etc. The lady said she will have a look and all will be sorted in an hour. we returned a hour later to find the shop closed. we phoned the owner and he said that the lady just went to the bathroom an will return in 5 minutes. We waited an hour and still no sound of the lady. we then went home and as we arrived home we got a call from the lady saying that she is back in store and that all is sorted. I went back the next day and she said she tested everything and their's nothing wrong. I got home and still no internet. We called our IT guy and after 2 days found out that our account was disconnected? It took us 2days and few calls to iburst to figure out the problem? She never tested the unit and with one call to head office she could have told us we were disconnected, BUT NO rather to us. Very UN happy, The lady is always rude and arrogant
