NO SERVICE FROM IBURST

I have been a client of Iburst for 5 years & have found their service to be shocking; the latest incident whereby they disconnected internet service without prior advice, was the final straw.
I can see the Iburst tower from where I live, however the signal isn't constant - Banking or reading News 24 through Iburst is impossible. I haven t received a statement sent to my Iburst account in years, however regularly receive spam emails from the marketing section trying to get me to sign a new contract. Last week I attempted to connect only to be told my account was in arrears. I have a debit order & they have never had a problem deducting money before; however they are not very consistent with their deductions so I wasn't alarmed when the deduction did not go through at the beginning of August. While trying to sort out the issue telephonically, I had the misfortune of dealing with an incredibly rude woman in the accounts department who made me realize Iburst IS a lost cause. Iburst is well aware of my email address as it is, or should I say, was, through them but couldnt tell me about the debit problem. Still awaiting confirmation of banking details to settle amount owing.
