After amazing service from Henrietta in the store, I migrated from Blackbery to Iphone with 250mb data bundle on the 18th Jan 2013. MTN failed to log the migration and the system proceeded to bill me for thousands of rands of data as out of bundle as my migration was not logged. Im now stuck with an out of control bill. A day after complaining and sending proof of contract to [Email Removed] (ref :6396881) I get an sms notifying me that I have been migrated, thereby admitting their error.. MORE THAN THREE MONTHS LATE and no apology or plan of action to reverse the ILLEGAL charges made on my account for data that was meant to be CONTRACTUALLY free. Im really disappointed and if nothing is done will take this up with the Consumer Commission.
