Unacceptable service

My Blackberry Torch 9810 went faulty on the 22nd of June 2013 (7mnths old), the speaker was not working, as well as the phone staying in the "locked' position even though it was slid open, it also said "media processor error", as well as it freezing constantly. I took it to our Vodacom Repair Centre on the 24th of June. They did not have any phone to lend/rent me, They charged me R102 back up fee, which I did not mind paying. On the 28th they informed me it is ready for collection. The lady that tested the phone saw it was still faulty, it froze in the home screen, she asked a collegue "is it supposed to do this", and he said, it's OK, just give it a moment, the lady gave me the phone saying, "it will sort itself out", it did not. a Laydy, with the same phone, next to me said "they are giving me an Iphone because this Blackberry is giving so many problems. Needless to say I was back the next day because the phone was still faulty, I have now been informed that they will replace the phone with a second hand refurbished unit. I am paying a premium for a new phone, but I have to accept "another previously broken phone." I cannot accept this. I want my phone replaced, with a new phone.
