On the 22nd of January i bought 100 data bundles, only to find that after i have logged on my bunble have depleted, i called the customer service call centre to find out what happend to my bundle, they asked me a few questions and they helped me on the phone only to find out that my laptop was on automatic update so it updates the software without alerting me. Vodacom assisted me to reset my laptop on the phone. A few days later my data bundle were returned by Vodacom. Thank you vodacom that is why i have been your loyal customer for 14 years.
