WATCH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT IF YOU HAVE CANELLED YOUR

I have been trying WITHOUT any luck to stop my debit order. I started the process on 29 Novrember 2012. Now, in 2013 they are still deducting my monthly debit order even though i don't have a number on their network nor have i had since 29 december 2012!!! eventhough the retentions department have written to me telling me last moth's deduction was a mistake because of the closing date of the invoice - i reversed the debit order with my bank. i have to do this again because NO ONE AT MTN can follow a simple instruction. I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH MTN - THIS HAS BEEN TERMINATED!!! DOES NO ONE KNOW WHAT GOES ON IN THE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT. If this happens again next month - MTN will be issued with an invoice from myself for the bank charges incurred in reversing this debit order. Maybe by writing on this site I will get some sort of response because no one answers emails or telephones.
