Do not load airtime on your top up contract to load services as you will get a terrible suprise.
I have various contracts with vodacom. A recent contract i took out they are refusing to alow me to load Bis services on. No where in any of my contracts did they inform me that this is not possible!!!
The people i spoke to so far have no understanding of the cpa/nca or other legal knowledge but are insistante that i am rubish and stupid!!!
I currently have 9 vodacom contracts and if this is how they treat a client with so many contracts i would advise anybody wanting to change to vodacom not to do so.
