LIQUID DAMAGE???

I send my device to be repaired. it didn't charge any more.
The device never touched any liquid!!! never was it taken into the bathroom while showering.
never was any liquid spilled op it. or was in the rain.
the picture that was sent to me...
was the device tested on liquid damage? (water swipes or someting) or was it only assumed because it looks black?
to me it look like a wiring malfunction the charger piece looks burned out!!!
its is unacceptable that MTN WHOS costumer i have been for 8 years treat me like this!!! (they Will lose me...
the device will not be replaced nor fixed.
to then its beyond economical repair!!!
this is a malfunction of the charging part.
the device is only 7 months old!!!

one further more thing. At the back of the phone there is water testing bubbles that can tell if a phone had water damage. this is not black at all (meaning there is no water damage). and in the shop the full phone check was all 100%.
in the store I asked to call the head office i Spoke to Michel kgomywana or something. I asked if I could speak to his supiriors they were in a meating at half past 4 on a friday afternoon...
