Lack of customer service

Martin store manager of MTN SP Fourways (Cell network) is a real donkey's behind. I went to them to upgrade my contract. The phones I wanted needed to be ordered. I ordered them on the 18/02/2013 i then got a call on the 12/03/2013 to advise that they have been delivered. i advised the Masesi to please keep them for me as I was not around to go do the upgrade for the next two weeks. When I eventual got the time to go there the phone where no longer there. Lebo the assistant manager called around to get phones for me. Lucky we got them in Brynston. I had to go there, they did not have micro sims, needed to go back to Fourways to get them. I then redeemed my R300.00 accessory voucher. I was over by R40.00. I then asked them to ask the manager to waiver this as I have been so inconvenience by the store policy that nobody explained to me. He come the and says "you wanted the phones, so the is nothing I can do for you. You must pay for what you want" That was really uncalled for from a manager who's assistant is more competent than he is. In all this as a paying customer I'm thanked with a big zap sigh for asking for good service. Lebo, Maria and Masesi gave really good service!
