On the 23rd of February I upgraded one of my cell c contracts and order the new Iphone5. I was informed by Kabelo the sales consultant that I would receive the handset in 5 weeks time as there was no stock to which I agreed. Because the contract was moving from a top up to a straight up contract Kabelo said he would do the upgrade immediately although I would only receive my handset later. He then advised me he would call me the next working day to check whether the contract had been upgraded. No call no surprise! i have been trying to get hold of the upgrades department for the last two weeks with no joy, waiting over 10 minutes each time and still being on hold. Eventually yesterday I managed to finally get through after holding for over 10 minutes only to be told by Imbali that the handset was never ordered. How is that possible? Well i guess its Cell C's pathetic service again! imbali then informed that she was sending an email to Kablelo and his supervisor and i would get feedback within the day. I should'nt have held my breath I guess! No call, no sms or email after threatening I would file a complaint on Hello Peter. Cell C is this how you treat your customers? Maybe its time
