In a period of 24 hours, my airtime had depleted by just under R300. I have a Blackberry Bold with BIS (BlackberryInternetService), which is a service that I pay for every month with my contract, which makes downloads and internet FREE!!! When phoning customer service, I spoke to a lady who was clueless. She insisted that I was on the Internet, Facebook, Twitter or downloading content, of which I was on none. She then informed me MTN can do nothing about it. I expect to be contacted and a FULL REFUND paid back into my MTN account.
