Bad handover to custome

I went to Nashua as i always do for a upgrade for my mobile as i always do very two year and now i am shocked at there response to what was said and have now change to suit there case.
I upgraded by keeping my mobile and upgrading to an Ipad. i was tolled that i had R1600.00 still in my account. I was tolled that on my new Ipad i would be able the download movies and would not even be able to use it all up. I then used all that R1600.00 and a feather R1700.00 air time and no data time. this was not tolled to me and they are sticking to there gun by saying I did not understand. I have been buying data time for my modem for years, i do understand. my Ipad was just given to me in a bag still sealed. i never received any help on how to operate or check if that what was in the box was OK before handover.
they are just covering themselves. I have since been to a MTN branch to check and found the the service and how this was do should not have happen if the sale person did his job properly. They say that no customer of these would leave the shop without the full understanding of the contract and to check that the customer understands his product. Not so at Nashua. Please phone me.
