Airtime not loaded

On Saturday 9 March, I purchased R200 airtime from Telkom in Key West. I was told that the airtime would be loaded. On arriving home, I discovered that this had not been done. On the receipt was a cellphone number and the talktime balance was R149 although my home number also appeared o the receipt. On Sunday I went back and spoke to Gabi who said that they responsible person would call me on Monday. On 12th March my husband went back to Telkom and spoke to Emmanuel who explained that we had anual fees due (this was paid in Dec) apparently some cell numbers had been dialed. When I check with the accounts dept there was no trace of these calls. I went back on Wed and was told that the assistant manager was looking into it. Todate, nothing has been done! what happened to the R200 I paid for to be loaded. No one has called me back to sort this out
