ONLINE APPLICATION FOR LAP TOP CONTRACT WITH DATA

Online application completed on the 06.02.2013. As per the e-mail received the order would have been received withing 24-48 hours. After a week later with no further correspondence received we had contacted your Head office and was advised that the parcel was with the courier service. When queried with the courier co. they had advised they never received anything. After numerous calls to Pretty Blose with no joy we had finally spoke to her manager, Irene Massyn there after we had only received the lap top on the 19.02.2013. I had been pro rated for the Contract from the 13.02.2013. As per my Conversation with Joseph ref: A130315675 on 15.03.2013. I was advised of my billing for the amount of R752.69 which was for March. I had received a statement for April and i am being billed for R954.96 and have been charged for 2 data contracts. The data bundle was activated but as per my query with the above billing amount its was disconnect on the 22.03.2013 ref number A3033222630. As per that call reference a Manager was supposed to call me, To date i have still not received a call. I called in again 27.03.2013 and a new ref was given A1303201286 as no one has still not come back to me.
