DATA NOT ACTIVATING

On 13 May 2013, at 16.45 I called the MTN customer centre to make a once off data bundle purchase. I purchased a 75mb bundle and was advised that it was processed. An hour later I had still not received the bundle and when I called back I was advised that it had been loaded but the activation had failed. I was then advised that they would send a message to the "network people" to get it sorted and that it would take up to 24 hours.

I still have not received the data bundle I purchased. 2 to 24 hours time frame is ridiculous. The reason i purchased the once off date bundle was because I required data immediately.

I still have not received the bundle.
