Paying for a contract that i dont have

I was send a phone by homemark I think so I send it back and said I don't want it but they add it with my other contract and paid for it without my knowledge
I found it out when I want to do a new contract and they said they will put a investigation in and it was like 2 months a go!
last week I want to do a sim swop and they said am in areers and I did pay my account then I call and its still the contract on my name for a phone and number that I don't have
so PLEASE can you sort this out and pay back all the money I paid
because I don't get any feedback from vodacom
