Disgusting Mweb took my money and want more

In October 2012 I was interested in renting a virtual server and domain from Mweb, the sales guy was the last person to attend me. He signed me up for an Mweb account, had me pay deposit for the service and that was it. I never got any server login instructions or domain nameservers thereafter, I crossed valleys and oceans to get the tech support, which were supposedly responsible for setting up the server and domain, and after many frustrating phone calls and un-replied emails I was finally given the login details. But guess what, the server didn't work, as I logged in and tried to use it it wouldn't process simple SSH commands, once again I had to try to get hold of them for days to ask them to look into it or switch me to another server, but to no avail. I eventually made a cancellation request, which was never attended and I could never get hold of anyone. Fast-forward to now, and I receive a letter from Experian saying I owe Mweb for all these months, even though I haven't got a working server or domain. A certain Eloise Kater responded to me and pretended she was going to look into it, but she just told me to make payment arrangements and is no longer answering her phone.
