I have contacted afrihost since last week monday. My companies emails since ive been moved to the server freeza hasnt been working. How am i suppose to run a profitable business when my service provider cuts me of from running my business. I have stayed on the line for the over 2 hrs trying to resovle the issue. My accountants email address is still not working!!!
Afrihost is doing tremendious damage to my companies reputation due to their no care attitude. After waiting on the line today for 30 min the consultant asks me, what is my internet settings.
My setting have nothing to do with it, Afrihost moved my webpage due to the php settings not being sufficient on their server. Now I dont receive emails.
FIX IT, AND MAKE SURE ITS FIXED.!!!
Furthermore, my one email that does work, if the email is downloaded onto my cellphone, it doesnt download onto my PC.
I havent changed my settings, YOU GUYS DID!!!
Should I WAIT ANOTHER WEEK!!!
