I have an iPhone 5 on contract with 8ta.
For the past 2 months I have not been able to send SMS
There is a confirmed by 8ta technical staff problem with the service centre number setting somewhere in there system.
How is it possible that 8ta can offer iPhone 5 contracts, bill customers in full and continue to not provide SMS service for 2 full months!
I have been told 'we are working on it' after calling in
No public apology has been made either and I have confirmed with 3 other users that the have same problem
And it's been weeks since then
