I bought a domain through mweb [URL Removed] this domain is not working and cannot be found by any browser and I cannot upload my site. The site that I have uploaded with the settings for this domain ended up on my main domain. After numerous e-mails starting on 4 Dec I have had no success in getting this sorted out. I have only been refereed to the cancellations department several times. It seems that you cannot fix this problem and therefor you just want to cancel without giving me a reason. If this is the case I want a full refund on the purchase of the domain name as well as all hosting fees from that day as you have billed and charged me for a service that you have not provided.
Please sort it out so that I can upload my site then there won't be any hard feelings.
