I got approved for an iPhone 5 from Cell C about a week ago. In desperation I have tried calling their call center to no avail... you are put on hold for a long time and simply put NO ONE answers the phone. You then try their corporate offices and are told you will be put through to a manager in the call center... Guess what... They don't answer the phones and the receptionists at HQ don't seem to care in the least. Cell C its time to wake up and start giving the service your CEO advert claims.
Think I will stick with Vodacom! you may have good prices but I'm after pricing and service.
