For 5 months of last year I was billed for an Mtn contract that had been opened as a result of identity. Mtn dept were able to inform me of the name of the branch where the account was opened and the name of the agent who opened it. But it still took months for them to cancel the contract and to this date the monies have not been repaid to me! Now the same account has been reactivated again and this time i have lost R2000 in a month and the line number doesnt answer. Our local branch is apparently not authorised to give out the number! So every month i have to go into my branch to have the debit reversed so i dont lose any more money to!
