Terminated my number when their monies was paid

II had a billing issue with cell c and had sent them emails but did not repond. I finally reversed payment with my bank and guess what cell c made contact. We had agree for R400 and they will continuing taking R600 claiming the R200 is for handset fee which when taking contract was not told of. I told them to reduce airtime amount so that they debit R400 as I could only afford that much. They cut of my line and I asked them to cancel my contract and tell me how much I need to pay inorder for my sim to operate on prepaid. I paid them their money and they opened my line. About a month later they cut my line services and call center operator said she doesn't understand also when looking at her system and that the account is handled by legal dept. Gave her my new number mtn for cell c to call me to resolve this issue. Sent them an email quering but up until today cell c have not responded. This was not the first time that cell c just debit any amiunt they feel like and they find excuses to justify. One time they told I had subsribed to some telecommunication debited few thousand rands from my account when sim card was reported lost to them
