DEBIT ORDER SERVICE FEE
We started using Telkom beginning Feb 2013. When we first signed up I asked them to take the debit order after the 28th as that is when I get paid! So of course they try take it on the 26th and it bounced as I did not have enough money in my account. We went to pay it cash. I then get my next months bill and there's a service fee for R160! I phoned them and logged a dispute (26837811 dispute logged on 2013-03-11). A few days later I phoned again as I got no response. The woman there said that the credit had been passed and we won't be paying the R160. Last night they take the amount with the R160 included!! I would like Telkom to reimburse me ASAP! Not happy with this service at all!!
