Awful service by Gplus technologies

Late 2012, we were approached by a senior sales consultant (Nico Van Den Berg) from Gplus Technologies offering to move us from the Telkom lines to the Samsung lines. The pitch was good and I bought into the idea, I requested a quote from Nico and I sold the idea to the director of the company and we were all pleased by the savings that the company would make from these new phones. Gplus requested a deposit of 50% which we paid mid December 2012 after getting a call almost daily from Nico's assistant requesting the deposit. We agreed that the installation of phones would take place in the second week of January 2013. The month of January came and passed, I called their office number and was advised that they moved. I emailed Nico and he never responded till 15 February 2013 and he fed me some lame excuse about Gplus being bought by another company and delays caused by that. He promised he would come late Feb. Till todate, we have not received any phones and Nico avoids my calls and does not respond to emails I send though he reads them. I would advise anyone out there to avoid dealing with this company unless you want to part ways with your hard earned cash for nothing in return.
