I purchased my Explora on Thursday, installed it on Friday & after a few hours, I had no movies on box office or catch up. Saturday I checked again, then there was still no box office, so I got an installer out, paid him a callout fee to check my lnb & dish, but could not find any fault. On Sunday, the problem still persisted and DSTV assured me that someone from DSTV will contact me on Monday. Today (Monday) Nico phoned me to say that he will meet me at my house to check what the fault was & he got to my place very fast. Nico & David immediately found the fault, rectified it for me & now everything is working perfectly, thank you so much DSTV, but a special thanks to Nico & David!
