I emailed a request to [Email Removed] on Sunday evening 26th May 2013. After no response I forwarded the email on Monday 27th May 2013. Today, Tuesday 28th May 2013 I decided to call directly.

Nico Khoza assisted me. I was not sure of the details of the product, she was very patient and helped me find the vase and tulips I had enquired about. As it's a specific vase I did not want it to be substituted and wanted to know if there would be stock. Nico was very clear with the options and deadlines for orders. Nico took my details and called me back very quickly confirming my request is available. I emailed Nico my final order, she took the time to clarify the delivery details to ensure it will be delivered correctly and on time. Nico also warned me that the tulips would be delivered in bud. My order is placed and I am confident my Mom's brirthday flowers witll be delivered and she will be spoilt!

I have since received an email from [Email Removed] asking if I have been helped - I confirmed I called in directly.

I would like to add that Nico was very efficient and friendly. Thank you!
