Excelent Service

After having complained to both Hello Peter & G Plus Technologies about the poor service. Nico Van Den Berg contacted me and explained the cause of delay in delivering and installing the new phones which was mainly a merger with another company. Within a week of him calling me, his team was at the office to install the new phones. Further to the above, he has been in constant contact with us to try and establish if there were any concerns regarding the performance of the new phones. At some stage, we requested him to come and set up pass words for all telephone users and a person was sent out to assist within hours of our request.

Now the best part

After the installation and the great after service, the director of the company cannot believe the saving that the company is making on phone bill in so much that he asked me if we still needed to pay G Plus a monthly subscription as what we are being billed is too little compared to the previous one, in which I told him nope. The savings are mainly attributed to per second billing and the fact that the staff acts more responsible as they all have their own pass words and we can easily track those that are abusing the phone. Nice :)
