In March of this year i changed from a Blackberry to an Iphone and obviously cancelled my BES service as this was no longer required. Vodacom continued to charge me for this service. I have since gone into a branch and again cancelled this service and have sent emails which have gone unanswered. I have now paid for 9 months for a service that is no longer required and Vodacom have not bothered to contact me for either cancellation or a refund
