This flybynight company goes by many names.
Paving Solutions, Paverite (see hellopeter for complaints)
He took my money, a week later arrived with reject bricks and expected another 25% deposit,
He promised that if I wasnt 100% satisfied with the paving work done he will replace the bricks and assured me that the broken bricks were ONLY for cutting.
He also told me that he needed the money for the compactor. (which he told the subcontractor he had to source himself and never paid the subcontractor)
When I complained that they were actually laying the broken bricks he told me that "its just to get the bricks in line" followed by him calling the paver to complain that hes using broken bricks (which is all he had to work with seeing Nico only bought broken reject bricks).
Nico then told them to seize work and he has absconded with my money.
When you pay it goes into Terrance's wife's bank account number so problems are:
1, There is NO business account, this business is not even registered.
2 :Nico uses reject materials.
3: He gives you ZERO communication to get the work done
4:He uses sub contractors that he finds in the newspaper whom he NEVER supervises
5.His cell number changes
