You will never get an answer from these imbeciles as they do not know how to address IT issues
Sent them almost 50 emails regarding SPAM and they have not answered
Their records must be completely out of date as I had migrated in 2009 to a lower package and received a call teh other day on which the information provided to me was re my 2009 contract - so somewhere their records had not been updated since then
They are a total disgrace
