I would like to bring to your attention that i have applied for my surplus fund in 2009 and to date i have only received feedback once. i have tried calling the call center for feedback since 2009 and i get no answer after trying several hours to get hold of someone the line just cuts off.
Finally when you do get through they purposefully cut you off. I dont know what to do anymore as this funds is what i have worked for and not something they are giving me for free.
If you send them emails, you get no response. Please can someone help me as i am tired and dont know what to do anymore. MIBFA!!
