Can't produce a statement: Very suspicious accounts

Been a customer of Top Security since 2003. The takeover by Best Secure changed nothing. This is the only company that cannot produce a regular monthly statement. They issue lots of invoices, but never statements except with much hassle. When they do you are always in arrears. Became very suspicious of them in 2009 and stopped debit orders. From 2009/02 until now I have a spreadsheet of all payments. Even paying by ETF with an A/c Reference to Best Secure, they are unable to find monies that I pay into their accounts. It's taken a week with many emails and finally phone calls to get a statement and it's still wrong. They cannot send a statement regularly, monthly by email. I have emails going back years to back up what I am saying. Whenever they claim I am in arrears, their records only go back 3 months and it starts with a B/F balance owing. I even paid random amounts into their accounts, keeping records (e.g. R301 in May, R302 in June) to see what reflects. These amounts never reflect in their accounting. Since 2013/10/10 I have been waiting for Philip and Ethol to get my a/c up to date and my statement to reflect all the amounts. I wondered if is going on many times.
