I have received spam from some delinquents. I emailed them to tell them to stop spamming me. Iburst sent me an auto-response to say that they have blocked my email. I tried their suggestion to add "verified..." to the front of each email address and send again. Same auto-response from iburst.
Note: Iburst is my INTERNET provider, NOT my EMAIL provider (that's through Lantic who have no problem with my email). Iburst have NO RIGHT to interfere with my emails!
On 04 June I sent iburst an email telling them to correct the problem. As usual, they ignored me! And the spam continued.
This eve I called iburst and spoke to dearest Charles Bheki. He's an iburst model employee, stubborn to the core!
He refused to explain why they ignored my emails, but explained that their spam filter blocks my email! Remember, THEY ARE NOT MY EMAIL PROVIDER!
Charles refused to address my complaint, in defiance of the Consumer Protection Act, and also refused to provide me with the name and email address of their IT manager.
IBURST HAVE VIOLATED MY RIGHT TO FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION AND FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION AND HAVE OBSTRUCTED MY RIGHTS IN TERMS OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT.
