NO EMAIL REPLIES. PHONES NOT ANSWERED!

Summary of last 7 years:
2007- happy
2008- happy
2009- trouble starts. moved overseas. My wire transfers (with reference #s) were "not received" so I halted 3rd and final payment. Phoned & emailed many times .kept faxing BOTH proof of pays. Call centre disabledjust before final exams! smses ignored.
Nov 2009- Sat exams hoping for clearance of first 2 wire transfers before making a 3rd.
2010- 1st one shows. but they need proof of 2nd which is now lost!
2011- visited RSA, went in person to finace dept. NOBODY in whole dept was prepared to help. they say "records are too old, need to start again".
2012- finally a response telling me they are no longer handling my account and it has been passed on to collectors.
2013- contact collectors, tell me what is due (3rd payment. 2nd must have finally cleared unannounced!) 2013- struggle to get a non generic answer from collectors, pay UNISA directly instead.
2013- back to square 1, got receipt from UNISA 4 payment, but still blocked. My mom in RSA is getting letters that I owe money (changed address long ago!) Everything paid in full.
2013- sent 15 emails this month alone. NOT ONE REPLY. no answer on any of the 4 lines I called!
