So as per my previous complain, this sorry excuse for a service provider still has not resolved the issues, after logging numerous issues, NO ONE EVER contacts me back.
Tried to contact them today to actually just cancel these contracts and move to another service provider and was put through to a lady named Audrey, who proceeded to tell me that I cannot cancel my contracts because there is still 19months left on them, so basically I must continue paying for something I am not receiving even after logging multiple faults... I requested that Audrey puts me through to a manager which apparently she cannot do, and kept reminding me that I have 19months left on this contract!!!
The last response I got on hellopeter was to call 084 140, which never works, and I can never speak to someone who is actually willing to help me... I dare the response to tell me call 084 140
My sim numbers are 084 895 1480, 084 698 6236
This is the worst service I have ever received in my life!!!
