Thanks to Audrey who gave me hope that something can e done with my case. I found out i had a judgment on my name. MBD had listed me even though my account.
Audrey has been of great help in sorting out my issue. its not yet 100% sorted but almost there. i was so frustrated but Audrey has been very professional and giving feedback.
